Michael F. Mallory, LCSW [He/Him/His]
Michael is Clinical Social Worker by trade and has years of experience working as an administrator in the non-profit industry. Michael has experience working in senior leadership and c-suite roles at different Chicago-based non-for-profits. His experience working with multi-million dollar budgets, managing multidisciplinary teams, & leading through complex business operations provides him the experience needed to help coach other leaders through the loneliness of leadership. Clinically, he has ten years of experience providing psychotherapy to individual adults, children, and couples. He has training and experience utilizing various theoretical frame works including, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioral, and Mindfulness therapy. He shapes his work through the these primary philosophies of care: Trauma Informed, Harm Reduction, and Strengths Based approach.
Outside of his role as an administrator and therapist, Michael also serves on the board of directors for the National Association of Social Workers [NASW] Illinois chapter as the Chicago District Chair. This opportunity allows Michael to serve his professional colleagues as well as remains up to date on different policy changes that can impact the field and his clients. Additionally, Michael is also on the board of directors for the Alliance to End Homelessness of Suburban Cook County.
